Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to orchestrate cross-functional campaigns and programs in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will own planning, timelines, and delivery, while enabling teams to perform at their best and maintain systems in Asana.

Reporting to the Brand Team, you will collaborate with Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Lifecycle Marketing to hit campaign goals, measure performance, and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or campaign coordination in a B2B SaaS or digital marketing environment.
• Experience using AI to increase efficiency and automate workflows where appropriate.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information and some ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed Asana projects and briefs for campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Lead quarterly planning and drive improvements each quarter.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to prioritize projects and allocate resources.
