Feather is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for Affiliate & Partnerships to manage and expand our partner network across multiple markets. You will own outreach, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with product and marketing to drive growth in a remote-first environment with an office in Berlin.

You will build relationships with partners, negotiate deals, and implement automation to scale partnerships. Fintech experience is a plus, and strong communication is essential for cross-market success.

Formación

• Experience in business development, affiliate or partnership marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience meeting partners in-person, virtually, and on calls.
• Familiar with CRMs or partnership marketing software.
• Resourceful with ability to build automations to scale work.
• Fintech experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage affiliates’ and partners’ acquisition operations in different countries.
• Identify new partner segments to drive growth.
• Develop an efficient outreach strategy to convert high-value partners.
• Oversee the existing affiliate network and partner relations, including payouts and onboarding new deals.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative campaign analyses and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales materials, assets, and landing pages.
