Job summary

Our client is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the growth engine in a fast-moving fintech-like environment. The role focuses on demand generation, conversion optimization, and scalable channel expansion to improve acquisition economics and customer growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only; compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position with cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to scale the growth

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in growth marketing leadership roles focusing on SMBs.
• Proven track record of building demand engines from scratch.
• Strong quantitative skills, with CAC, payback, and funnel metrics.
• Experience in high-volume, low-ACV environments with a sales-led motion.
• Hands-on multi-channel marketing incl. SEM/SEO and content-driven inbound.
• Expertise in CRO with self-serve or PLG focus.
• Fluency with AI technologies and tools to scale growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the demand generation engine for the accounting firm channel.
• Scale direct and self-serve growth channels while controlling costs.
• Develop and manage growth economics, including demand waterfall and funnel conversion.
• Create programs for cross-selling and upselling to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Determine marketing budget allocation across multiple channels for effective demand generation.
• Enhance the website as a key conversion tool through continuous optimization.
• Establish growth systems that improve attribution and reporting through disciplined experimentation.
