Job summary

Trovy is seeking a Senior Director of Growth to own acquisition and brand across every channel. This hands-on role involves briefs, creative review, data-driven decisions, and managing partners, with a path toward building an in-house marketing function.

You will drive paid media, affiliate, direct mail, SEO, email lifecycle, and brand consistency. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in growth or demand gen, strong platform experience with Meta/Google, and a track record in fintech or consumer

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of growth/ performance marketing experience.
• Proven track record running paid media programs at scale on Meta and Google.
• Experience managing affiliate programs and direct mail campaigns.
• Strong SEO fundamentals and AI search optimization awareness.
• Data fluent with attribution reports and actionable insights.
• Strong copywriter and creative director skills.
• Experience managing external consultants and vendors with KPIs.
• Comfort in fast-moving early-stage environment and owning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta and Google advertising strategy end-to-end — audience segmentation, offer testing, creative direction, and budget pacing.
• Monitor campaign-level data and make rapid decisions to cut, scale, or iterate.
• Manage and grow our affiliate program, including consultants, partner relationships, compliance guardrails, and performance benchmarks.
• Design and execute targeted homeowner direct mail campaigns with list strategy and cost optimization.
• Build and execute an organic search strategy targeting homeowners researching HELOCs and home equity, including AI-driven search optimization.
• Own email nurture for leads in funnel and borrowers post-close, driving conversion and engagement.
• Ensure cohesive brand across ads, landing pages, emails, and direct mail with compliance.
