Job summary

First Gen Financial is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to own the marketing tech stack, data integrity, and campaign operations. You will drive scalable processes across CRM, automation, and analytics, partnering with Sales and Customer Success for accurate attribution.

The role reports to the CEO/COO, offering high-visibility impact in a fast-growing, fully remote environment with a base salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations or demand gen roles, SaaS/fintech preferred.
• Experience owning a marketing tech stack (HubSpot/Marketo/Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort working in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing tech stack and integrations.
• Build and optimize marketing workflows, campaigns, and lead routing.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success for clean handoffs and attribution.
• Own data integrity, dashboards, and leadership-ready reporting.
• Manage calendars, timelines, and cross-functional campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency.
• Support budget tracking and vendor management.
• Translate business goals into marketing operations priorities.
• Document processes and playbooks for scalability.
• CRM and Marketing Automation experience required.
