Job summary

Navigate is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead an integrated growth motion across enterprise employers, brokers, and consultants. You will determine where Navigate can win, translate opportunities into focused growth strategies, and connect campaigns, thought leadership, events, digital channels, sales activation, and follow‑up around shared business outcomes.

This owner-operator role requires building and leading a focused team, creating the operating model, launching growth

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive B2B marketing with growth ownership.
Experience marketing to enterprise buyers, brokers, and consultants.
Ability to translate business strategy into scalable marketing programs.

Responsibilities

Set the Growth Strategy: Build annual and quarterly growth strategies aligned to Navigate’s priorities.
Build Integrated Growth Motions: Connect positioning, content, events, digital activation, and sales enablement.
Create and Accelerate Revenue Opportunities: Partner with Sales and Broker Relations to drive opportunities and pipeline.
Measure, Lean, and Scale: Establish a measurement framework and review growth impact regularly.
Lead the Team and Operating Model: Develop the Growth Marketing Lead and cross-functional operating cadence.
