Job summary

Graphite Growth, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Growth Lead (SEO + AEO + Content) to drive growth initiatives for partner brands. You will own large-scale SEO projects, forecast performance, and collaborate with data and finance teams to size opportunities.

The role emphasizes resourcefulness, creativity, persistence, and a performance-driven mindset with strong teamwork. This is a fully remote opportunity across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency or in-house experience with technical SEO and content strategy.
• Exceptional data analysis skills (you are the go-to spreadsheet person).
• Strong understanding of how the web and native app ecosystems work.
• Experience with data/product tools: GA, Excel, Data Studio, Amplitude, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Asana, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively on complex, large-scale SEO/AEO projects.
• Forecast performance set targets, build reporting, and communicate pacing towards targets.
• Monitor the performance of top consumer tech companies and competitors.
• Analyze digital marketing campaigns and website performance; identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize the overall marketing program.
• Craft business cases for growth projects with Analytics and Finance.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize scalable web platforms and page-level SEO projects.
• Coordinate with data science to analyze organic traffic changes.
