Graphite is seeking a Growth Director (SEO, AEO and Content) to lead growth strategies for high‑growth tech clients. You will own web and app SEO/AEO initiatives, develop content and conversion programs, and partner with product and marketing teams to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
The role is based in the New York City metro, with in‑person days 2–3 per week and the option to work remotely when needed.

We seek an experienced Growth Director (SEO + AEO + Content) to lead growth strategies for high-growth tech companies. You will develop and execute SEO, AEO, content, and conversion optimization strategies to drive business results for our partners. Success requires strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ownership of complex, large-scale projects.
Location & work model: This role is based in the New York City metro area. As we build a larger team in the city, we will expect you to work from our future office in person 2-3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely when you need to. You should be within commuting distance of New York City.
