Job summary

Graphite is seeking an experienced Growth Lead (SEO + AEO + Content) to drive scalable growth for partner brands. You’ll own complex, time-sensitive SEO projects, forecast performance, and collaborate with analytics and finance to size opportunities.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across web, content, and optimization initiatives. The position is based in San Francisco, with a few days in the office each week, and a distributed team across the US, Canada, Latin

Qualifications

• 4+ years in agency or in-house growth/SEO/AEO/content
• Strong data-analysis capabilities and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Experience with PPC/paid search and broader digital marketing
• Solid product sense and ability to translate insights into simple solutions
• Understanding of web and native app ecosystems
• Familiarity with multiple data/product tools listed
• Experience leading a small team or direct collaborators
• Able to manage client deliverables and timelines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on complex, large-scale SEO/AEO projects with cross-functional teams
• Forecast performance, set targets, and build reporting with pacing toward goals
• Monitor performance of top consumer tech clients and competitors
• Analyze campaigns and website performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize the marketing program
• Craft business cases for growth initiatives with Analytics and Finance
• Identify and prioritize scalable SEO projects by traffic and revenue impact
• Coordinate with data science to analyze organic traffic changes
