Job summary

FyndTech is seeking a Growth Manager to own demand generation and growth marketing across its digital channels. You will plan and execute campaigns, own website analytics and report funnel performance, and collaborate with sales to align MQLs with pipeline goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in growth or B2B SaaS, strong SEO and analytics skills, and a data-driven mindset focused on experimentation. This is a fully remote role with direct visibility into company metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally B2B/SaaS.
• Strong grasp of SEO, analytics tools and CRM-driven marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with a bias for experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth campaigns across SEO, content, email and paid channels.
• Own website and campaign analytics, reporting on funnel performance.
• Work with sales to align marketing-qualified leads with pipeline goals.
• Test and iterate on messaging, landing pages and acquisition channels.
