Job summary

BOI is seeking a growth-focused leader to set and execute the US go-to-market, partnerships, and marketing strategy. You will own the demand engine across content, events, and outbound activities, and build pipelines with mid-market and enterprise buyers.

You’ll guide partnerships and shape our market position while mentoring the team to drive growth. You will work with cross-functional partners to convert interest into qualified opportunities, measure performance, and iterate the growth plan.

Qualifications

• Experience across the growth ecosystem; ideal coverage 60-70% across GTM, partnerships and marketing.
• Built a B2B pipeline in consulting or professional services with long sales cycles and senior buyers.
• Market AI services/products to enterprises and use AI in your own work with growth workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set the Growth Plan across go-to-market, partnerships and marketing for the year.
• Own the US demand engine across content, events, and outbound channels.
• Build the Pipeline and convert interest into qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Report pipeline and conversion to measure channel effectiveness.
• Define the partner ecosystem strategy for the Americas and lead partnerships.
