Search Fund Ventures is seeking an Investor-Advisor and Fractional Executive to work with portfolio companies on a freelance basis. You will step into executive roles as needed, advise founders on growth, operations and finance, and drive operational improvements that align with investment goals.

This remote role offers flexibility and potential equity opportunities. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in leadership, a track record of scaling businesses, and an entrepreneurial mindset to navigate

Qualificações

• 8+ years in leadership roles (CEO, CFO, COO, or VP in operations, finance or strategy).
• Strong track record of scaling revenue, improving operational efficiency or driving growth.
• Hands-on with small-to-medium businesses and growth-stage companies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions.
• Previous experience in private equity, venture capital, or search funds is a plus.

Responsabilidades
