Qualifications

• Experience raising capital for a startup or supporting founders who have raised.
• Strong understanding of early-stage fundraising mechanics.
• Ability to quickly diagnose blind spots and provide actionable advice.

Responsibilities

• Help founders develop clear, realistic pre-seed/seed funding strategies.
• Advise on valuation, deal structuring, and financial planning.
• Review and refine pitch decks and financial models.
• Provide introductions to angels and VCs as necessary.
