Office Hours is hiring a Growth Engineer to build systems that bring users to the platform and accelerate value delivery. You will own signup, onboarding, experiments, and instrumentation across two-sided marketplaces—organizations seeking experts and experts sharing knowledge for pay.

You’ll join an engineering team partnering with marketing, product, and design, with autonomy to decide what to try next and a focus on rapid iteration using AI coding tools to raise velocity and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or funnel instrumentation.
• Proficient in SQL and product analytics to identify funnel leaks.
• Ability to leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborates effectively with marketing, product and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship growth surfaces including landing pages and onboarding flows.
• Run experiments end to end: design, ship, measure, and scale.
• Improve experimentation and feature-flag infrastructure for fast tests.
• Instrument funnels to identify drop-offs and share insights.
• Develop internal tooling and automations to accelerate growth workflows.
• Leverage AI coding tools to prototype and ship quickly while maintaining quality.
