Weave is seeking a founding Growth Engineer to own the self-serve funnel end to end, from first visit to real onboarding. You will build systems that convert, onboard quickly, and generate actionable data for sales.

The role blends full-stack engineering, growth PM, data analysis and marketing, with heavy emphasis on measurable funnel improvements. 5 days in SF office; equity is part of the package.

Qualifikationen

• Shipped production code across the stack and still writes it weekly.
• Demonstrated funnel ownership: signup, activation, expansion, or close.
• Fluent in SQL and product analytics; designs meaningful experiments.
• Strong product sense; can push back when patterns don’t move metrics.

Aufgaben

• Own the funnel end to end: website, signup, onboarding, activation, expansion.
• Build the website like a product: pricing, landing pages, SEO pages, demos.
• Make onboarding take minutes: signup and first insight for teams.
• Run the experimentation engine: A/B tests, feature flags, event tracking.
• Build the growth data stack: attribution, lead scoring, CRM sync.
• Automate lifecycle: email and in-product sequences triggered by actions.
• Collaborate across teams: product engineering, marketing launches, GTM handoff.
