Future is hiring a Full-Stack Growth Engineer in the United States to build and maintain products that help acquire, convert, and activate members. You will ship experiments end-to-end, instrument funnels, and partner with product, design, data, and marketing on a senior, small team.

This hands-on role spans frontend and backend work, integration with growth surfaces, and ensuring reliability of high-traffic journeys. Remote-first with benefits and equity opportunity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with growth ownership.
• Strong full‑stack ability across frontend and backend.
• Experience running growth experiments in production (A/B tests, funnel instrumentation).
• Ability to debug across web UI, networking, backend services, and analytics pipelines.
• Experience partnering with product, design, data or marketing to ship learning.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools and validating their output.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and conversion surfaces from landing pages to signup flows.
• Own onboarding, login, account creation, and Day 1 activation.
• Design, ship, and analyze experiments across funnels with data guardrails.
• Deliver end-to-end features across frontend and backend, ensuring observability.
• Instrument funnels, cohorts, and activation milestones to drive insight.
• Ensure high reliability of growth paths with performance and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and marketing to align on metrics and roadmap.
• Apply AI-assisted development techniques and validate outputs before release.
