Job summary

Bubble is looking for a Director of Amazon to lead one of our most important growth channels - owning the full P&L, the strategic vision, and the day-to-day performance that brings that vision to life. This role will manage the external Amazon agency, set priorities, and drive a long-term strategy across listings, SEO, advertising, and inventory to deliver measurable growth.

Preference for NY Metro area, with openness to remote status.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large channel with P&L responsibility
• Strong strategic planning and roadmap development skills
• Proven ability to manage external agencies and partners

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon P&L including revenue, margin, and growth
• Define multi-year strategy and operating structure for Amazon at Bubble
• Lead calendar of launches, promotions, and seasonal moments in sync with commercial plans
• Direct the external Amazon agency, setting strategy and KPIs
• Collaborate with commercial, brand, finance, and operations to align channel plans
