Centria Autism is seeking a Client Relations Director to grow the centers toward full capacity and expand local awareness and referrals. This is a remote position requiring daily travel to visit referral sources, centers, and events, with a bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities include building a broad referral base with providers (pediatricians, neurologists, therapists, schools), working with marketing and payor relations, and promoting the Centria brand across markets to accelerate growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of sales/ABA experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel daily to visit providers and events.

• Build a broad referral base to grow the centers toward full capacity.
• Call and visit potential referring providers (pediatricians, neurologists, therapists, hospital systems, schools).
• Increase local awareness of Centria Autism and LSAA offerings.
• Attend events and engage influencer groups to promote services.
• Collaborate with marketing, payor relations, and clinical directors to drive referrals and brand promotion.
• Visit locations to assess aesthetics and program promotion.
