Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Client Relations Director to drive growth across Centria Autism and LSAA centers to full capacity. This remote role requires daily travel across the United States to visit referral sources and host events.

You will build a broad referral network—pediatricians, neurologists, therapists, schools—and increase local awareness while collaborating with marketing, payor relations, and clinical leadership to strengthen partnerships and the company brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales and/or ABA experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build a broad referral base to champion the centers’ growth.
• Call and visit potential referring providers including pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, case managers, therapists, schools and hospitals.
• Increase local awareness; attend events and join influencer groups to advertise offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing, payor relations and clinical leadership to promote the centers.
• Visit locations to evaluate aesthetics and ensure brand promotion.
