Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking a Client Relations Director to grow the Centria Autism and Life Skills Autism Academy (LSAA) centers to full capacity. This remote role covers the Katy Center and Houston Home Market and requires daily travel to visit providers and events.

The role focuses on building referral base with pediatricians, neurologists, therapists, and schools; boosting local awareness; and collaborating with Marketing, Payor Relations, and Clinical Directors to promote the Centria brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales and/or ABA experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop a broad referral base to grow center capacity.
• Call and visit potential referring providers across healthcare and education.
• Increase local awareness and host autism-related events.
• Collaborate with marketing/payor relations and clinical leadership to drive referrals.
