Centria Healthcare is seeking a Client Relations Director (Field Sales) in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on growing Centria Autism and Life Skills Autism Academy centers to full capacity by expanding referral networks and increasing local awareness, with travel to providers, hospitals, schools, and events.

The position requires 2+ years in sales/ABA, strong communication, and brand collaboration across marketing, payor relations, and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales and/or ABA experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; G Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Build a broad referral base to champion the centers’ growth.
• Increase local awareness of Centria and LSAA service offerings.
• Work interdepartmentally to build the company brand.
• Ensure Centria Autism and LSAA locations promote the company brand.
• Other duties as needed.
