Job summary

vasl-talent is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Client Success Coordinator to support client delivery and marketing execution. The role focuses on turning strategy into action, keeping projects organized, coordinating communication, and tracking deliverables across client engagements.

You will work closely with leadership and clients to execute initiatives, maintain momentum, and provide visibility into project status and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, Marketing Coordination, Operations, Executive Assistant, or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and action items.
• Track commitments, deadlines, open questions, and next steps.
• Prepare client meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate weekly client progress updates with completed work, work in progress, and upcoming priorities.
• Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, and client folders.
• Identify project risks, delays, or bottlenecks and raise concerns proactively.
