Job summary

VisionPoint Marketing seeks a Client Success Manager to own the full project lifecycle—from initiation and budgeting to execution and closure. You will maximize client satisfaction, collaborate across Enrollment Marketing Consultants, strategy, creative, analytics, web, and media teams, and ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery that drives measurable ROI.

You’ll manage day-to-day client communications, align teams, and pursue opportunities for expansion and renewal while tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field.
• 3+ years of project management and/or agency experience.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of marketing projects and tracking KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage a mix of brand, media, creative, SEO, CRM, and consultative projects with data-backed goals.
• Track, analyze, and optimize scopes and profitability; keep projects on target.
• Build timelines, secure resources, and remove roadblocks for teams to perform well.
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned with concise updates to foster collaboration and trust.
• Champion efficient production standards; ensure deliverables meet client promises.
• Provide post-project analysis to refine solutions for future work.
• Partner with clients and Enrollment Marketing Consultant to define goals and metrics; drive outcomes.
• Own day-to-day communication with clients; set clear expectations.
• Lead meetings with tight agendas; ensure next best steps are clear.
• Flag changes early; outline impacts and propose growth-oriented solutions.
• Monitor progress against goals and realign efforts for impact.
• Identify expansion/renewal opportunities by linking wins to client objectives.
