Job summary

GEHA is seeking a Growth Activation and Operations Specialist to coordinate field activations, partnerships, and sponsorships from planning through completion. You will manage partner communications, materials, logistics, and deadlines while supporting events, conferences, and virtual programs.

You will work with vendors, monitor commitments, and serve as a primary contact for internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Two to five years of experience in sales support, marketing, event coordination, partnership support, sponsorship activation, operations support, or related work.
• Experience coordinating events, campaigns, partner activities, vendor requests, marketing materials, or sales support.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, partnerships, events, sponsorships, or member engagement activities.
• Strong organization, follow-up, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Comfortable preparing updates, meeting notes, drafts, and summaries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own coordination for field activations, partnerships and sponsorships from planning through completion.
• Manage day-to-day execution for partners and sponsorships including communication, materials, and deadlines.
• Plan and support events, conferences, sales meetings, virtual events, and activations including logistics and staffing.
• Coordinate with vendors for promotional items, signage, and shipments.
• Monitor commitments and assets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and partners, facilitating resolution of issues.
• Support growth by preparing for partner meetings, events, and follow-ups to increase awareness or membership.
• Prepare updates and recommendations to track progress and next steps.
• Represent GEHA professionally with partners and internal stakeholders.
