Job summary

POMOROI is seeking a Growth Account Executive to own the client lifecycle from hunting premium B2B prospects to presenting case studies and closing multi-month retainers. The role is 100% remote with a DFW-based origin, offering a base plus aggressive commission and a leadership track into Sales & Client Director.

• 2-4+ years of heavy B2B sales or account management experience.
• Executive presence for virtual and in-person meetings with high-level clients.
• High autonomy and self-motivation to work from home without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build target lists; execute outbound campaigns to decision-makers and partners.
• Lead consultative closes with multi-service offerings and retainers.
• Own post-sale strategy: monthly reviews, ROI alignment, cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent the company in the DFW market with local executive leadership alignment.
