Adelman Travel, a BCD company, is seeking a Group Program Specialist to manage wine group programs for Food & Wine Trails, coordinating contracts, budgets, registrations and on-site support. You will collaborate with clients, cruise line partners and internal teams to ensure programs run smoothly and meet client goals.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel occasionally to domestic and international destinations.

Formación

• Five plus years’ experience in group or event planning with international destinations.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and write creatively is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Adaptable self-starter, organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn travel industry processes and technology, and familiarity with Cvent is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Planner, Publisher and Outlook.
• Ability to travel occasionally on domestic and international destinations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage all aspects of a portfolio of group programs including contracts, budgets, registration sites, event planning and reporting.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure needs and updates are communicated.
• Liaise with cruise line partners to monitor inventory and finalize program details.
• Collaborate with the land tour department to share feedback on current and future offerings.
• Coordinate with the booking department to communicate program specifications and waitlists.
• Provide onsite and offsite destination support for wine groups and tours.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve client questions promptly.
