Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Group Travel Coordinator to develop and price group travel programs, coordinating air, cruise, tour and motorcoach options for members and customers. This role ensures quality travel standards and profitability through careful planning and supplier relationships.

The position requires strong communication, sales and customer service skills. You will prepare marketing materials, maintain mailing lists and support budgeting and corporate planning efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop air, cruise, tour, and motorcoach group programs to meet customer needs and profitability.
• Prepare and price group tour programs and breakeven analyses for approval.
• Negotiate with travel suppliers and manage billing and supplier payments.
