Job summary

Elite Escapes is hiring a Remote Group Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to transform group inquiries into confirmed trips. You will combine destination knowledge, logistics, and a consultative sales approach to match teams, companies, and families with the right destination, accommodations, activities, and travel experiences.

In this fully remote role, you’ll connect with group leaders, design itineraries, present options, and manage quotes from inquiry to final booking, building long-term

Qualifications

• Interest in group travel and events.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or event planning is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client guidance.

Responsibilities

• Connect with group leaders to understand goals, size, budget, dates, and must-have experiences.
• Recommend destinations, hotels, room blocks, transportation, meetings spaces, activities, and group excursions.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat, and phone with energy and client-first approach.
• Explain group travel details: deposits, payments, cancellation policies, rooming lists, name changes, and travel requirements.
• Coordinate group logistics: room allocations, contracts, deposits, final payments, pre-trip communications.
• Handle changes and questions quickly to support leaders from quote to return home.
• Share insights on destinations and group-friendly options and build post-booking relationships.
• Grow into specialties like sports team travel, corporate meetings, family reunions, or luxury group getaways.
