Responsibilities

• Connect with group leaders to understand trip goals, group size, budget, dates, and preferences.
• Recommend destinations, hotels, room blocks, transport, and activities to fit purpose and budget.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain group travel details: deposits, schedules, cancellation policies, rooming lists, name changes, and requirements.
• Coordinate group logistics: room allocations, contracts, deposits, final payments, and pre-trip updates.
• Handle changes and questions promptly to support leaders and participants from quote to return home.
• Share insights on destinations, group-friendly options, and seasonal opportunities.
• Build post-booking relationships for repeat trips and referrals.
