Marqeta is seeking a Group Product Manager for the Core Platform - Flexible Payments to own the strategy and execution for next-gen flex cards powered by Flexible credentials technologies. Remote within the United States or Oakland, CA headquarters.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience with a portfolio or multiple product lines and measurable business results.
• Hands-on experience with card issuance platforms and full card payments lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of fintech innovations, embedded finance, and BaaS.
• Proven track record turning strategy into scalable products in an API-first environment.
• Strong technical acumen to work with engineering on API-driven products.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills to build business cases for executives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management with internal teams and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own multi-year vision and roadmap for next-gen flex cards.
• Drive monetization strategy related to interchange, network fees, and program economics.
• Lead multiple engineering squads from discovery to launch and adoption.
• Build strategic relationships with networks, banks, fintechs, and customers.
• Track fintech innovations and translate into differentiated product bets.
• Use data and financial models to prioritize and justify investments.
• Align and mentor PMs and cross-functional teams.
