Marqeta is seeking a Group Product Manager for Core Platform – Flexible Payments to own the strategy and execution for next-gen flex cards powered by Flexible credentials. You will set the multi-year vision, own the portfolio’s outcomes, and shape how flexible credentials are built, priced, and brought to market with customers, networks, and partners.

The role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States or at our Oakland, CA office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with measurable business results.
• Hands-on with card issuance platforms and API-driven products.
• Strong financial and analytical skills for business cases.
• Experience collaborating with customers, networks, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and roadmap for next-gen flex cards.
• Own portfolio growth and monetization strategy with card economics.
• Lead multiple engineering squads from discovery to launch.
• Build relationships with networks, banks, fintechs, customers.
• Track fintech innovations and turn insights into product bets.
• Align cross-functional teams and mentor PMs.
