Marqeta is seeking a Group Product Manager for the Core Platform - Flexible Payments team. You will own the strategy and execution for next-generation flex cards powered by Flexible credentials, shaping pricing, go-to-market, and cross-functional delivery with customers, networks, and partners.

This role is remote within the United States or based in our Oakland, CA headquarters. You’ll lead and grow the product function as the business expands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with portfolio ownership.
• Hands-on experience with card issuance platforms and card networks.
• Strong understanding of fintech and embedded finance.
• Proven track record in bringing complex API-driven products to scale.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and roadmap for next-gen flex cards.
• Drive monetization strategy including pricing and program economics.
• Lead multiple squads and cross-functional programs from discovery to launch.
• Partner with networks, banks, fintechs, and customers.
• Mentor PMs and influence stakeholders across the org.
