Job summary

TruBridge, Inc. seeks a Group Lead, Operations Account Management to oversee revenue cycle performance across a client portfolio.

You will act as the senior operational liaison between client facilities and internal delivery teams, guiding task execution, reporting, and issue resolution to protect cash flow and client satisfaction. You will mentor staff, drive standardization, and ensure alignment with contractual commitments and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive revenue cycle operations experience with leadership roles.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare payer workflows and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue cycle performance, dashboards, and KPIs across a client portfolio.
• Lead client relationships, escalation management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate client needs into prioritized operational actions and execution plans across teams.
• Mentor and develop operational leads and staff to improve delivery standards.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, and applicable regulations across activities.
