Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a highly strategic Group Director, Program Manager to own a large AI-enabled engineering partnership with a premier enterprise client. You will serve as the operational and strategic bridge between localized business units and a centralized technical MarTech team.

Working with the Senior Engineering Lead, you will govern intake, alignment, and cross-functional reporting, shaping a new operating model, forecasting scale, and proving ROI to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise software, AI-enabled environments.
• Strong communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine a structured intake framework to route requests to the right technical track.
• Facilitate advisory sessions with business stakeholders to define requirements before development.
• Plan phased rollout to balance engineering bandwidth and scale adoption.
• Coordinate between decentralized units and central engineering architecture team.
• Align intake priorities with enterprise roadmaps via Product Sponsors and TPMs.
• Forecast demand and scale engineering capacity to match roadmaps.
• Define and report KPIs translating velocity and cost into ROI narratives.
• Own cross-functional communications and ensure SLAs are in place.
