Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a hybrid Technical Product & Program Manager to drive day-to-day execution for a high-velocity AI-enablement engineering partnership with a premier global enterprise client.

You will bridge product strategy and agile delivery, translating marketer ideation into strict technical sprints, unblocking queues, and managing workflows within complex client ecosystems. This role requires collaboration across two enterprise units and strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical product/ program management.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into technical sprints.
• Experience with agile delivery, risk and dependency management.
• Familiarity with enterprise ticketing and bug-tracking systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across units.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder concepts into actionable technical requirements and user stories.
• Own day-to-day sprint management for your pod of engineers.
• Manage client workflows within proprietary task-tracking systems and ensure proper routing.
• Identify and resolve dependencies and data access issues to maintain velocity.
• Bridge two enterprise units and share learnings across them.
• Ensure SLAs are met and maintain architectural alignment with governance teams.
