Job summary

SDI Staffing is seeking a Group Benefits Account Manager for an insurance agency in North County, San Diego. You will build relationships with business owners, HR teams, and employees, guiding renewals and managing service needs throughout the year.

This role offers 100% remote work with CA residency required, or hybrid/in-office options. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $130,000 depending on experience. Direct hire with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in group health insurance and employee benefits accounts.
• Experience with Ease and Employee Navigator is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, high-touch service to clients by phone, email, video, and meetings.
• Explain benefits options, processes, and next steps clearly.
• Resolve eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims and carrier issues for clients.
