Job summary

SDI Staffing is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in Redlands, CA. This in-office role requires 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits insurance and a California Insurance License. The position offers a competitive hourly pay of $30.00–$40.86 depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and health insurance.

The Account Manager will work closely with Producers to manage client accounts and support new business and renewals while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ recent experience working as an Employee Benefits Account Manager.
• Must have and maintain a California Life, Accident & Health Insurance License.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Producers with information gathering, applications, and quoting.
• Maintain the Expiration Report and gather renewal data.
• Provide day-to-day verbal and written support to clients.
