Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with the security and compliance teams. You will manage risk assessments, controls documentation, and support audits while communicating to executives on risk health.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, program management, and ability to balance business strategy with risk controls in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and pivot quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain processes and design security controls with partners.
• Perform risk assessments and document findings.
• Support GRC platform for controls and risk information.
• Prepare for audits and respond to audit requests.
• Engage with clients and audits to address questionnaires.
