Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will work with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision, manage risk assessments, and drive effective controls across the enterprise.

The role requires at least 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance, with experience in HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, and the position supports a remote-first work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 experience.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain and document enterprise-wide security controls and risk information.
• Conduct routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Maintain the GRC platform and document controls and risk data.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Assist with internal and external audits and responses.
• Evaluate control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Engage withRxBenefits clients on security questionnaires and audits.
• Stay current with audit and compliance trends.
• Oversee 3rd party vendor assessments and compliance.
