Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with the security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision.

You will manage risk assessments, maintain controls in the GRC platform, support audits, and communicate risk health to executives while balancing business needs with controls. This is a remote-first role with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance.
• 3+ years in HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain security controls and risk mitigation with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Support the GRC platform documentation of controls and risk data.
• Prepare for internal and external audits.
• Engage with RxBenefits clients on audit requests.
