RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams. The role emphasizes strong program management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across risk areas.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Audit/Risk/Compliance and experience with HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1/SOC2, plus proficiency in managing a GRC platform. Remote-first environment and competitive compensation included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Ability to work in a very detailed manner while identifying risks across populations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence management and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain processes to reduce security risk and design mature security controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform with controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives.
• Prepare for audits and respond to inquiries from internal/external auditors.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable changes.
• Collaborate with RxBenefits Clients on security questionnaires and audit requests.
• Stay up-to-date with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd-party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with developing policies, procedures, and standards.
