Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives within a security-forward environment.

You will collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits’ compliance vision, managing risk and driving controls with attention to detail. The role requires 3+ years in Audit/Risk/Compliance, Hipaa controls experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years with HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Strong multitasking and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to influence management.
• Self-starter with drive, energy and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Identify and maintain high-value assets and threats to mitigate risk.
• Document and maintain enterprise security controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Manage the GRC platform documentation of controls and risks.
• Produce risk reports for executives and assist audits.
• Respond to security questionnaires and audit requests.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage third-party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards.
