Job summary

RxBenefits is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will team with security and compliance to advance the company’s compliance vision, managing risk with strong program and project management skills.

The role requires 3+ years in Audit/Risk/Compliance, expertise with HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2, and the ability to balance attention to detail with broad risk insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Ability to work in a detailed manner while also identifying patterns across populations.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence management and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Maintain processes to reduce security risk and mature security controls across the enterprise.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform for controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on the program health.
• Prepare for and assist with audits, internal and external.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies to drive business impact.
• Respond to security questionnaire and audit report requests with clients.
