RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives. This role collaborates with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision and manage risk across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Audit, Risk, or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 exposure.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence management.
• Self-starter with eagerness to learn and teach others.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain and document security controls with cross-team collaboration.
• Perform risk assessments and respond to management requests.
• Assist in maintaining GRC platform with controls and risk data.
• Generate periodic security risk reports for executives.
• Prepare for audits and respond to audit requests.
• Evaluate control deficiencies and drive business impact.
• Engage with clients to respond to security questionnaires and audits.
• Stay updated on audit and compliance trends.
