Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. seeks a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives across the organization. You will work with security and compliance teams to implement the RxBenefits compliance vision and drive risk mitigation through effective controls.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in audit, risk, and HIPAA controls, with strong project management and communication abilities to influence management and lead change across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Identify and maintain high-value assets threats and vulnerabilities for risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to design and mature security controls.
