Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision and perform risk assessments as needed.

The ideal candidate brings strong program management, attention to detail, and 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience, including HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1/SOC2 controls. Remote-first work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Work with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits compliance vision.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments and document controls and risks.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls, risk information, and related details.
• Produce periodic risk views/reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies during audits and drive actionable improvements.
• Stay up to date with latest audit and compliance trends and lead vendor assessments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience

3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience

3+ years of HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 controls experience
