The role requires 3+ years in Audit/Risk/Compliance, HIPAA controls experience, and strong program management. A bachelor’s degree is needed. Remote-first work and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance.
• Experience with HIPAA controls, SSAE 18, SOC1/SOC2.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Identify and maintain high-value assets and threats to mitigate risk.
• Document and mature security controls across the enterprise.
• Perform risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform with controls and risk data.
• Produce risk reports for executives.
• Assist with audits and responses to external requests.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies.
