Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives. The role collaborates with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits's compliance vision and enables risk-aware decision making across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in audit/risk/compliance, deep HIPAA controls experience, and strong project management skills. A remote-first work environment supports flexible delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and adapt quickly.
• Strong organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Document and maintain enterprise-wide processes to reduce security risk.
• Conduct routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform and controls documentation.
• Prepare reports on security risk for executives and stakeholders.
• Assist with audits and audit responses.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive corrective actions.
• Engage with clients to respond to security questionnaires and audit requests.
• Stay current with audit and compliance trends.
• Oversee 3rd party vendor assessments and compliance.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards.
