Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. seeks a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams to advance our compliance vision.

You will maintain risk registers, document controls, support internal and external audits, and deliver executive reports that inform risk-based decisions.

Required: 3+ years in audit, risk or compliance; HIPAA controls experience; strong project management and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Attention to detail with ability to see broad risk patterns and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence management and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Identify and maintain high-value assets and associated threats for risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk and mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on the program’s health.
• Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.
• Evaluate control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Respond to security questionnaire and audit report requests from RxBenefits Clients.
• Stay current with audit and compliance trends and manage 3rd party assessments.
• Assist with policy, procedure, and standard development.
