Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision.

The ideal candidate will have strong program and project management skills and high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. The role focuses on risk assessment, policy development, and audits, working across RxBenefits teams to mitigate risk while supporting business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain high-value assets and threats for risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes; design and mature security controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform documenting controls and risk data.
• Produce risk reports for executives on program health and risk position.
• Support audits and respond to audit requests and questionnaires.
• Evaluate control deficiencies and drive business impact.
• Engage with RxBenefits clients on audit or questionnaire requests.
